As an educator and a writer, I aim to address the social issues teens face in the hallways and classrooms of schools across America. My visits can focus on tolerance issues, writing exercises, instruction on how to start a writer's group, or any other custom–tailored program you have in mind.

Setting It Straight is currently being used in local high school classrooms, Gay–Straight Alliance clubs, organizations such as PFLAG (Parents, families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) and was recently added to a Gender Issues in Literature class at the University of Pittsburgh.
