Joining the Speakers Bureau or Illustrators Gallery includes service charges that can be charged as business expenses for tax purposes. Please make checks payable to WPASCBWI

Speakers Bureau $20.00
Includes one feature page with your contact and presentation information and a list of your published works
Illustrators Gallery $25.00
Includes one feature page with up to ten art samples and optional Speakers Bureau listing
Guidelines for Joining the Speakers Bureau
To be added to the Speakers Bureau, please send the following information typed directly in the e-mail or as an attached WORD or text document file to Lisa Over:
- Name
- Address if you want it posted
- Phone if you want it posted
- Web Site address
- Presentation information including descriptions of your presentations with headings, daily rate, half-day rate, and whether you charge travel expenses
- Your title (teacher, scientist, author, artist, etc)
- List of your publications including the category for each (picture book, magazine article, historical fiction, etc)
- List of any awards you have received and which title received it

Important Note: Always, always save a copy of ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you send.
Guidelines for Joining the Illustrators Gallery
Each artist may include up to ten art samples on their feature page. Please choose the samples you want to include and send them to Lisa Over. Please send an introductory e–mail first with NO attached pictures to let me know how many files you intend to send. After that, you may send 3 to 4 pictures at a time in additional e–mails. Indicate which sample you want on the index page and which samples you want on your feature page. Let me know if you cannot e–mail pictures for any reason. I will send you my mailing address, so you can send a CD.
If you plan to be listed in the Speakers Bureau, please follow the Guidelines for Joining the Speakers Bureau.
